H. Hod Kosman 
Director, Chairman, CEO & President of the Platte Valley Financial Service Companies, Inc., and Platte Valley Bank-NE.; Director & Chairman of Platte Valley Bank-WY; Director & Chairman of Tri-County Bank-Cheyenne, WY; Director & Chairman of PV Mortgage Company; Trust Officer, Platte Valley Bank-NE 
The Kosman Banking Family goes back to the early 1900ís, when Hod Kosmanís Grandfather and Uncle started Scottsbluff National Bank in 1909. Kosman began his banking experience in 1974, starting at Scottsbluff National Bank-Scottsbluff, NE, and became President of the Nebraska state-wide FirsTier Bank-Scottsbluff (previously Scottsbluff National Bank) in 1989 through 1995. In 1996 Kosman and his family announced the opening of a new financial organization to serve Wyo-Braska. Since that time he has served as Director, Chairman, President and CEO of the Platte Valley Companies financial and insurance organization in Nebraska and Wyoming. He has been recognized as a community leader, has held and continues to serve on numerous civic and community boards. He has been a resident of the Western Nebraska communities since 1949. Kosman is a graduate of the University of Nebraska in 1971 and did graduate work at Arizona State University. He also attended the Colorado Graduate School of Banking in 1978. On April 24, 1999 he received the Alumni Achievement Award from the Nebraska Alumni Association.
Bob Peck
Director of Tri-County Bank, Cheyenne, WY 
Bob Peck is currently the Chief Financial Officer for the Wyoming Department of Health. He graduated from the Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in accounting. Bob has served as director of Tri-County Bank since 2001. Prior to joining the Wyoming Department of Health, he was Group Vice President of Call Center Operations for Trilegiant Corporation in Cheyenne. Bob is currently a member of the Cheyenne Airport Board. He has also served on the boards of Cheyenne Leads, the United Way of Laramie County, the Cheyenne Business Leadership Network and The Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation. 
Joseph P. Guth 
Director/Corporate President/Sr. Vice President/Vice Chair of Platte Valley Bank-WY and Tri-County Bank, Cheyenne, WY; Community President of Platte Valley Bank-Torrington, WY
Joe Guth grew upon a farm in Torrington, WY. He graduated from the University of Wyoming and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in 1995. He currently serves on the Goshen County Development Corporation and Eastern Wyoming College Foundation. He is an active member of the Torrington community, which includes membership in the Torrington Rotary Club. His banking experience includes commercial lending, ag lending and executive administration. 
James E. Kozal

Jim Kozal started his banking career in 1978, with experience in all areas of operation to include item processing, deposit accounting, wire transfer, cash management collections, accounting and budgeting. He has also had extensive customer contact experience selling bank services and creating value added customer relationships. He has been a member of the Scottsbluff/Gering communities since 1971. Kozalís education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and he graduated from the Colorado Graduate School of Banking; and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Earl F. Warren, Jr. 
Director/Sr. Vice President of Platte Valley Bank-WY and of Tri-County Bank-Cheyenne, WY; President of PV Mortgage Company 
Earl Warren has over 25 years of banking experience. Affordable housing issues are of major importance to him while working primarily in residential and commercial real estate. He is an expert in secondary markets and government lending. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with two degrees (one in international studies in 1972 and one in accounting in 1983), Warren moved his family to Torrington in 1992 and has been involved in numerous community activities. He is also a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. 
Patrick Collins

Richard Flood
Community President/COO, Director of Tri-County Bank-Cheyenne, WY 
Rick Flood grew up in Thermopolis, in north-central Wyoming, and attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie. After graduating from UW in l983 with a BS in Finance, Rick began his commercial banking career in Cheyenne. Over the next 20 years, Rick worked as a consumer, commercial and real estate loan officer. He was also a branch and regional manager for several banks in Wyoming. In 2002, Rick and his family relocated to Loveland, CO, where he managed the residential lending department for Union Colony Bank in Greeley, CO and then at First National Bank of Fort Collins, CO. Rick joined Tri-County Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in September of 2007, then became President/COO in November of 2007. Over the years Rick has been actively involved with many community and charitable causes, including: United Way, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, MS Society, youth sports programs, the chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Boards. 
Ed Haak
Director, Tri-County Bank, Cheyenne, WY
Ed Haak is currently the Construction Manager for B&L Land Company, LLC of Wyoming. Ed is involved in land developing and the construction of single family homes in the JL Ranch Subdivision located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Previously, Ed was the President and Owner of Star Aggregates, Inc. This was a highway construction firm dealing in road construction in Cheyenne and highways throughout Wyoming. He organized and operated Star Aggregates, Inc. for 25 years before selling it in August 2007. Ed has served as a director for Tri-County Bank since 2005.

Aaron Bentley grew up in Torrington, WY and attended the University of Wyoming in Laramie.  After graduating from UW in 2003 with a BS in Finance and a minor in Banking, Aaron began his professional banking career in Cheyenne.  After a short stint in the operation side of banking, Aaron moved to Evanston, WY to begin his lending career.  Over the next 4 Ω years, Aaron worked as a consumer, commercial and agricultural loan officer.  Aaron has been actively involved with many community and charitable causes, including: American Cancer Society, Downtown Merchants and various youth sports programs.
