1. What is NetBANKING?
NetBANKING allows you to access your accounts online 24 hours a day right from the convenience of your home, office or any PC and do all of the things you can do in person at our bank. We also offer free Bill Pay and free eStatements as part of our NetBANKING services.
2. What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay allows you to schedule one-time or recurring payments to vendors with a valid U.S. Address through the Internet Banking System.
3. What is eStatements?
eStatements allow you to view your checking and savings account statements right on your computer. You will receive email notifications when your eStatements are ready for you to view, save, and print at your convenience. You will also be able to have additional recipients (i.e. your accountant, spouse, business partner) receive your eStatements and check images. They will have their own access and only see the items you allow.
4. How do I enroll?
To use NetBANKING, Bill Pay, and/or eStatements, you must first fill out the NetBANKING application. This can be done online by clicking here, or by contacting any Personal Banker at any of our locations. After you have enrolled in NetBANKING, you can then login to your account and enroll for Bill Pay and eStatements.
5. What browser/software/plug-ins is required to use NetBANKING/Bill Pay/eStatements?
- Internet Explorer 6 and higher (Windows)
- Netscape 4 and higher (all platforms)
- Mozilla Firefox 1 and higher (all platforms)
- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Safari 2 and high (Mac)
Your eStatement will be in a PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it. You can download the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

7. What if I wish to cancel my NetBANKING/eStatements?
In order to withdraw consent and terminate this agreement, you may provide written notification to Tri-County Bank 30 days in advance at the following address:

You may also withdraw consent and terminate this agreement by calling 1-308-635-2073 or toll free at 1-888-632-7004, or stop by any Bank location. There are no fees associated with rescinding this agreement.
