Thank you for using our on-line NetBanking check order form. Below you will find product information for Platte Valley Bank customers: 

Personal Checks 

First box of checks are free when opening a new Value Checking account. Choice of check styles: 

• Corporate Blue

• Corporate Burgundy

Corporate Checks are available at “no cost” when you have one of the following types of checking accounts: 

• Platte Valley Plus

• Ambassador 50

• Professional & Executive Or, if you are an Ambassador Club member

• There is also a $5.00 discount per box on all other checks designs, should you choose, and you have one of the above listed accounts, or if you are an Ambassador Club member.

• There is a choice of Wallet checks at $12.00 a box plus tax, or Duplicate checks at $15.00 a box plus tax.

There is a mailing charge of $6.80 + tax per box. 

Business Checks mailing charge of $6.80 + tax per box. 

Business Checks 

The following are Business Check options: 

Personal size checks for businesses

Three-on-a-page Safety Paper Checks

Marble Laser & Inkjet Checks

Other Options: 

Duplicate Business Deposit Slips - No Charge

Binders -- $17.00 + tax
