Transaction Account Guarantee Program
What is insurance limit?

The FDIC's basic insurance limit has been temporarily raised from $100,000 to $250,000 per Depositor. This enhancement will be in effect through December 31, 2013.

If you and your family have a combined amount of $250,000 or less in all of your deposit account categories at Tri-County Bank, you do not need to worry about your insurance coverage, as your deposits are fully insured.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Tri-County Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transactions Account Guarantee Program.Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts (defined as an account not accruing interest); interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTAs); and NOW accounts earning rates no higher than .25% are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's General deposit insurance rules (listed above).
